"WARNING do not go here they engage in predatory behavior. Over $700.00 for literly 10 minutes of doctors time to look at my scratched eyeball for them to say it's OK and I got a few numbing eye drops out of it. I only went here because I was in desperate need of help. It's so sad to see these thevies still in business Welcome to healthcare in America folks THEY are part of the problem! Absolutely the worst these losers are nothing but scumbags taking advantage of hardworking americans."
"I went in to this quick care to get my tonsils/throat area checked out. It was super swollen, could not eat or swallow without pain. Heck I couldnt sleep because of the pain, which is why I went in. The reception and nurse were nice, and the place was clean. but when the doctor came in he would not perscribe any antibiotics, just recommended over the counter stuff. After spending the rest of the day in pain (and used advile and chloraseptic doing nothing for my pain or growing tonsils) and receiving little sleep that night, I HAD to try a different urgent care place. I received a doctor who seem to be more understanding, and where surprised at how big all the swelling was in my throat/tonsils and was told I had strep (HUH THATS REALLY WERID). I was prescribed something for the pain, antibiotic help, and also checked to make sure I didnt have mono(Which I didnt but was a good thought and something I wish this quick care in windham thought of.) TL;DR - I had to wait a day to recieve the care I needed, by going to a completely different place and wished I had never stepped foot in this windham quick care."
"Most of the staff who answer the phone do not introduce themselves and when you ask for their name they are taken back by it. The staff gets easily irritated if you ask more than one or two questions. I ran out of a critical medication and started calling at 830am. Here it is 4PM and now being told they don't know if the refill will be done today or not. The attitude was very unprofessional. My PCP is out on a family emergency - things happen that is understandable. However there is no reason to be treated like I bothering them when I am trying to get answers. They need a much more efficient backup systems and a more empathic approach to patient relationships."
"I don’t even want to give this place one star! Last March we went there because my 32 year old husband wasn’t healing two weeks after a tooth extraction they gave him a antibiotic then the following time we went he still hadn’t healed and was short of breath and bruising they said it was because he was a smoker and gave him a albuterol treatment. If they had just listened to his symptoms instead of rushing us out of the door or if they had simply checked his blood at thier lab we would have known weeks earlier that he had leukemia! Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to a real Emergency room and see a real doctor not these unprofessional and lazy ones."
"These guys are fantastic! I was in Maine on vacation when I sliced my chin open. I needed 9 stitches and the doctor did such a terrific job (I wish I could remember her name!) anyway, she took her time and was very careful and meticulous since it was my face. I went back 5 days later to have them take the stitches out and the nurses who took them out were just as good! I was really afraid about a huge scar since it looked so bad but the doctor and nurses at Mercy care did such a fantastic job that you can hardly see a scar! My chin looks so good! It's because of the time and care they took in stitching me up! Thank you Mercy Care!! Kristina C."
