"I had an appointment with Dr Rocco and Kathie today. This was truly a big deal for me today but I couldn’t have chosen a better place and environment to spend a few hours. I was pretty nervous to say the least! (I talk a lot when I’m nervous so there was much of that!). It didn’t take long for the two of them to soothe me with many laughs along the way. This group does not judge and makes you feel at home! I trust them with their recommendations 100%. I adore the doctor and knowing that he is an actual plastic surgeon makes going here a no brainer! I can’t wait to see the results! Thank you so much!"

"So I’ve heard some things about Skin that made me hesitant to try them out (I get dysport done by an independent injector who mentioned they don’t have the best reputation) but I was looking to get a consultation for cheek filler and they were able to get me in quickly and are down the road so I figured why not. I did not end up moving forward with them. I arrived to my appointment and ended up waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time without seeing the doctor. Instead, I sat myself on a couch and had to listen to two injectors gossip in front of me the majority of the time. When the doctor finally came out, I was looked at but unacknowledged while he continued to work with his patient. This was now half an hour after I was supposed to be seen. I ended up leaving. Overall I was not a fan of the vibe/customer service. I found both to be pretty unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is most likely why they have the reputation that they do."

"I decided it was time to take care of my aging skin. I probably should’ve started earlier... I chose Skin after it came highly recommend. When I went in to set my appointment they were great with helping me determine where to start. The day of my appointment I had a young man named Shawn. He was very gentle taking my makeup off. (Silly me should’ve gone in with a clean face probably) I was nervous at first. It was my first dermaplaining. But he was once again gentle and talked to me through the whole process and explained what he was doing. Next I had the hydro-facial. I felt so refreshed after!! At the end of the appointment he told me what to expect over the next few days and w talked about cleansers and lotions. The products that he recommended have been amazing for my skin! I can’t wait for my next appointment and I highly recommend giving it a try! You will be hooked!"
