"Love having this local business. Wanted a certain children's book by a certain time and although she didn't have it in stock, she ordered it, and apparently watched the tracking number so I'd have time to order through another means if it wasn't going to. She kept me posted and called when the book came in, a mere 3 days after I ordered it! The owner has always been just super kind to my kids and myself every time we come in, to the point of her bringing me a bottled water when I was nursing my newborn on the couch by the children's play area, saying "she remembered how it was". I love supporting local businesses anyway, but Heritage House makes it a delight to do so as well."

"This is a nice quite book store with plenty of other little items as well. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly. I had told the lady who was helping me that I had been going through a rough time medically and I was coming back to God after being away for a long time and she said some very uplifting and inspiring things. She helped me find some things in the store that will help me if I am ever lost again. She also offered to let me come in whenever I felt like it just to sit down and listen to the music and relax. Such a wonderful and inviting place."
