"Went here tonight on this date 1/2/24, and had to witness a bunch of human primates act like hyenas cussing each other out, and joking around like they at party, all while there's a line of customers waiting on their food, including me. Hire some professionals employees or continue to get dissed. Way to start the new year stressing people out. #NotSoFastFood"

"Got home from the hospital late at night and needed to grab everyone something quick to eat. The total came to $72.87 and the 4 medium fries, 2 salads, 4 Jr. Cheeseburgers, and 1 6pc chicken nuggets were no way $72.87... So without naming everything they didn't put in the bag, it's easy to figure out they shorted me a great deal of stuff. When I called to notify them of their error, I was appalled by the rudeness of the manager. I wasn't offered a credit, or refund amd was told I didn't order what I was missing.....If you're in the Brockton area, I would highly advise stopping by the Wendys 1900 Main Street location instead. It's cleaner, the staff is far more attentive and make sure orders are fulfilled correctly."

"What can I say? The dining room floor was greasy with trash under the tables. The bathrooms were not up to standards. The food was luke warm. The service wasn't personable, as the crew was chitchatting both amongst themselves and on their phones. No manager in sight. Unfortunate."

"Service was fast and friendly. The food was hot. I just can't get over the lack of uniforms. Yes drive-through is cold, so company jackets should be worn before graffiti hoodies. Looks gross."
