"I had to have a some fillings replaced and two crowns done. The professional staff members are friendly, responsive and I have been really happy with the work! I highly recommend Nexus Dental! UPDATE: After the crown, I went in for Invisalign - less than half the cost of other local dentist - and my teeth look amazing (if I do say so myself!). Can't say enough about this team. They are the best!!!"

"I was 12 minutes late, I was with my two children, I took them from school to the dentist. It was a rainy day and I ended up having an accident and traffic, I explained when I arrived but they only attended to one of my children and only one was late and the other was early. Without any empathy or consideration, I've been taking my children to this dentist since they were born, but I always have to wait for them to be late and this time they didn't see one of the children due to being 12 minutes late, without any consideration."

"The person answering the phone wouldn't let me make an appointment for my 18 year old son, who is really busy and asked for help with his appointments. Sure it's the law, but some people are taking themselves a little too seriously. We are talking about an appointment for a teeth cleaning here, I did not ask for information. I haven't had problems making appointments, when necessary, for my adult children at Atrius health, or Boston Children's. So I went to another dentist and scheduled one for him online. Much easier-and no attitude. As for service, we went there for a few years. it was fine, once you get past the front desk. Nothing spectacular. the location was good."
