"If I could give zero stars I would. I have NEVER written a review like this. I feel a strong need to warn others of the con going on here. I know a few people that have worked here and they assure me the positive reviews are employees and family and friends of employees. Read the negative reviews and you will see a pattern. They will pretend that they can’t see your insurance. Then they will perform minimal service and force you to pay because “you have no insurance” before you leave. The office manager violates HIPPA and is rude. She lies and so do staff members. They told me they would give us any cost assessments and run the insurance up front. This did not happen. They then made my husband pay over 200.00 to literally look in his mouth and book a second appointment that they said would cost 627.00. All calls are recorded and I explained to the office manager that I was lied to about all of this over the phone. She claimed to listen to the call and said no one lied. I requested to hear the call and she declined to let me hear it. They also said that we don’t have insurance. I went to a different dentist and they said those prices are 4xs what they should be and the insurance is active and visible. They also explained that they should have NEVER performed service without verifying the insurance first and explaining upfront costs PRIOR to seeing the patient. Rude, liars, negligent, scam artists. BE WARNED."

"I went in yesterday for a tooth extraction and I was thoroughly surprised at how nice everyone was just by walking in! The front desk is polite, and willing to answer your questions & genuinely cares if you are okay before and after. The dentist I saw, Dr. Isaac, and his assistant were also very nice. They were understanding that I have anxiety & talked to me about what was going to happen before the procedure and after, not many professionals take the time to ease your nerves anymore! They also let me bring my tooth home to show my kiddos, which was really cool that they understood why! Definitely would reccomend to anyone."
