I'm going to sound like my grandfather here, but I remember when shoe sales folks used to measure your feet before selling you anything. Not anymore. Probably because of COVID. Sad times we live in."

"We were pleasantly greeted at the door by Zachary. We knew exactly what we wanted we walked in. After a brief description were trying on shoes. We left our selections at the register and perused the various % off sales. Couple of the items were not avaliable in our sizes but Zachary took note of the items and sizes were needed . With a few phone calls our items were ordered from a different location and in fact just recieved an email that they will be on our door step via Fed Ex in the morning. I usually do a lot of online shopping like most people but this was by far the most pleasant shopping trip in a while. You have have a solid team and they should be applauded for their customer service skills."
