"Newly relocated to Framingham two years ago, these guys were recommended to us by trusted longtime locals. I have used them for inspections and oil & cabin air filter changes, but no repairs. Do they have free coffee, pastries, WiFi and a waiting room with a diaper changing station?? UMMMMM NO. This is a blue collar, meat & potatoes, straight up auto repair shop and gas station. Their Sunoco gas prices are always very competitive with AL Prime and other cheapo unbranded stations nearby. I have had a total of 4 inspections done, and none has turned into an attempt to 'sell' me anything. That just feels straight up reasonable to me. At the last visit I asked them to give a quick visual once-over to my 2011 Buick that gets 2000 miles/year of use. I was worried about safety related issues, as I may be doing a round trip to Arizona soon. The Buick got a thumbs up, no extra charge. Paul or Jason (not sure which) also gave us a solid recommendation for UltraShine Collision in Marlboro; the body work and customer service provided by UltraShine was great, and the recommendation from McGuires was appreciated. I don't understand these one star reviews from people whose only interaction was a brief conversation, and who've done no actual business with these guys."

"Went in for an inspection today. The garage was empty no car however the guy said 15 minutes wait. That’s clear way of saying I don’t want your business. Go somewhere else’s. Never going back."

"Didn’t have any cats in the shop. But “didn’t have time” to help me change my tire. Dude sat inside and watched while I changed it by hand. At a GAS STATION. With no cars in the bays or on the lifts. Shameful."

"They don’t want your business! Went in one day for car inspection! Told it would be half hour wait! No one there! Waited to go the next day! Called at 730 AM and was told it would be half hour ! Showed up 35 minutes later for inspection! Again told it would be half hour wait! ?????????? Why bother if you do not want to help !"
