"Over the phone I made an appointment to change tires bought from Tire Rack. I was promised a price that is specified on Tire Rack's web site. I brought the receipt from Tire Rack and left it with tires ahead of the appointment. Upon showing up for the appointment I also requested a complimentary alignment check. After service completion, the total price was higher than what's discussed by 20%. When I asked about the alignment I was told it was fine but no report was produced. I went to Sullivan Tires and did free alignment there and sure enough the report showed me misalignment on both front and rear wheels. The rep basically lied about doing the alignment and said just that I needed more frequent tire rotation."
