"I remember when this guy hired me gave me a hourly wage then proceeded to not tell me it was salary with unpaid required Saturdays. When I asked for more because the hours worked vs the pay meant I lost money from the place I came from he said "you don't know enough". Shortest job I ever had. And now I'm a lead tech making $38 hour. Imagine lying to your new hire then telling them they are no good. It reflects in the last few reviews. Dishonesty at it's best"

"I went to this shop for an alignment on my box truck . After I was charge full price 150 dollars for a truck alignment was told he couldn’t get my alignment done correctly because I needed to replace upper control arm cams smh , charged full price and left with my truck worse than when I came in , bad business smh , next day bought cams and went to another shop I was told nothing was wrong with my upper cams and they realigned my truck no problem. So if you want to get ripped off and pay for services not needed or not done correctly snows garage are scammers BEWARE STAY AWAY ! Also I went the next day to see if he could realign because truck was bad and he said he would have to charge me again these people are insane BEWARE!!!!!"

"Went in asking to get a tuneup and was asked what I wanted done... "Well, spark plugs, transmission flush, oil change... You know big basic maintenance" was my response... When I came back for my $300 bill I was told "We didn't flush the transmission. We don't like to, because when you flush a transmission sometimes it loosens up some gunk and the transmission starts to leak." Payed the bill and RAN! Never to return! Should have taken the advice and STAYED CLEAR OF THIS GARAGE"

"When a big-name tire service company (Sullivan) said they couldn't help me with my tire and they recommended I see Snow's Garage instead, that speaks volumes about how capable & reliable Snow's Garage is with tire issues. It was a small lawn tractor tire that Snow's originally helped me with, and I have since been back to Snow's Garage for help with a backhoe tire as well. Both times I've visited Snow's Garage, I was greeted by Casey Snow (the owner) at the front desk, and Casey was on the other end of the line whenever we spoke on the phone. Casey is a down-to-earth guy who's easy to deal with, and he seems to always have a can-do attitude. Even if his employees may have helped with some of the work on my tires, Casey knew exactly what was done, took the time to explain to me what was done, and was more than fair about pricing. I'll be using Snow's Garage for all my vehicles going forward. Casey seems like a real straight shooter, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snow's garage to anyone in the Framingham area."
