"Whatever you do, don’t bring your car here. He charged me $75 just to look at it because I chose to go to a different place in total. He wanted $2500 to fix my car and because the price was so high, he made it known that unless I paid him 500 he wasn’t ordering parts when I went to pick up my car the next day he claimed the owed Him $75 when I did Not sign a document for parts to be ordered save your time and your money and get your car checked out somewhere else"

"I had a terrible experience with this auto body shop. I wanted to believe everything was fine with a handshake, but as it turned out the work was not done right and my boyfriend had to go with me to help get it redone. Jim refused and now we are stuck with a discolored paint job. I do not recommend this body shop. I looked online at the Better Business Bureau, and it seems he has had several complaints"

"Horrible work. A fender bender left my rear bumper needing to be replaced - Jim's work came apart after a week at the side panel! He then glued it... And that came apart again. What a mess! Now I need to go to someone else to fix his work and take him to small claims court for reimbursement. UPDATE Six months later the paint is coming off the bumper! Unbelievable! This man / auto body shop does terrible work!"

"Jim was very friendly. He performed some body work for me. The job took far longer than I had imagined it should have, only to leave me very disappointed. The paint work was sub-par at best. Runs, scratches, overspray on several parts of my vehicle. After addressing this with him, he openly stated that he would implement taking shortcuts in "trying" to amend the situation because doing the job the right way would add a lot more work for him. That statement alone rid me of all confidence in having him work on my vehicle, and I will not be returning in the future."

"Fantastic work at a fair price. Jim Arace took care of the damage I did to my car; he did it on short notice on a Saturday and had the job done within three hours! No one else would have done that. The car looks good and I am happy."
