"Standing here for 15 minutes with employees walking back and forth and not one acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you" or "sorry, we're a bit swamped" nothing. I try to be understanding with service people. I know they get a lot of abuse for lots of hard work and terrible pay, but some sort of acknowledgement that I exist would be nice. Especially since it doesn't seem busy at all. I didn't sense any urgency or feeling rushed that happens during busy times. People just meandering back and forth. What the hell is going on here? This isn't the first time it's been like this either. Also, locking the bathrooms is really annoying when you can't get anyone's attention to give you the key to use it."

"Got to the drive thru employee's sounded like they were parting, Got a bagel and they didn't put the cream cheese but had me pull up and wait for my food. bad service."

"Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 ice coffees, they asked us to pull around front to wait… After almost 10 minutes I went in to get my my order, they hadn’t even started making it and I asked for a refund, which they cannot do when the manager isn’t there. It took them almost ten more minutes to make my order after that. The people working could have cared less, they had no concern for customer service,"

"The staff here is consistently so rude and the order is messed up every time. An incorrect order is not a big deal, but its the way the staff deals with it that is so frustrating. Terrible attitude every single time."

"I went here on Tuesday night. There were 2 young men working behind the counter. They were very professional and acted like complete gentlemen. I appreciate when I see young people working and doing a good job. I would definitely recommend this place."
