"Tapiocatea is this gem hidden in Saugus Center right off Hamilton Street, next to 7-11 and across the street from the police station and the fire department. When we first walked in, all we wanted to do was to sink into their fluffy, comfy couch and curl up with a book, some cozy drink and get lost in some mindless no man's land for the day. It smelled so homey so warm and felt absolutely welcome in this place. Then we were embraced by owner Terri's most heart-warming, genuine big smile. She greeted us as if we had been friends all our lives. She then went on explain her unique menu to us, how we could edit and substitute and had different options according to our personal needs. We had 4 different drinks, 2 crepes and 2 egg waffles, with all different toppings, everything came out above and beyond excellent. Our family of 4 had a wonderful late lunch/tea time at Tapiocatea for almost 2 hours. Terri would join our conversations from time to time between her customers as if she was part of our family. We have been stopping by to see Terri at least every other weekend. Thank you Terri and Tapioca for coming to Saugus."

"Seems to be a small, family owned business and that’s the best kind to support! I don’t live nearby, but i’m a boba fanatic and decided to stop by after a doctors appointment I had nearby. The decor and atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were warm and very friendly! The boba was good, but I think the highlight was the chocolate bubble waffle I ordered! It was made fresh and had just the right amount of sweetness to it where it wasn’t overpowering. They poured a chocolate drizzle on top and I’m happy to say it most definitely was NOT just Hershey’s syrup, it tasted homemade and was excellent! My only complaint is that they aren’t closer haha. Definitely check them out!"

"Was super excited to see this place open just minutes from my house. Haven't stopped going since then. All of their boba teas are amazing. Especially their banh mi. Staff is super friendly the owner always greets you when you walk in and remembers your name. Please do yourself a favor and stop by to try them out you won't regret it. Trust me..."

"Stopped by on a whim on Sunday late afternoon. It’s a shame more people don’t know about this place. Atmosphere is awesome/ great place to meet friends for a bubble or fruit tea. After talking with the owner about my sweet tooth she recommended the tiger milk tea (brown sugar) and it was perfect. Decided to try the banana bubble waffle as well and it was amazing! Going to stop by and try the Bahn Mi sandwich this week for lunch. Hidden gem! Give it a try!"
