"Easily the most terrible Panera I know. Out of the last 10 times I have gone here for a breakfast sandwich, they have either just put no egg or no sausage at least half of my visits; this time it was no egg. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to Market Street in Lynnfield as I have yet to get a mistaken order from them."
"This has to be one of the dirtiest Panera’s I’ve ever been to. I wasn’t going to rate this one star based on one visit, but I’ve been to this location three times over the past month and each time the tables and floor were filthy. We had to wipe down our own table and remove cups and plates left from other customers. Really disappointed that this location stays filthy and isn’t maintained like other Panera’s I’ve been to throughout the U.S."
