"Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time."

"Manager quite hostile with my presence in the store while I was waiting to use the restroom, I had my coffee in hand. "You can't stay there more than 10 minutes", she said just out of the blue. I explained I was waiting to use the restroom and she repeated "10 minutes only, and I am counting". I was embarrassed, there were customers in the store. The weather was bad, it was really cold to wait outside... Believe it or not, it was my second time in the store ever since I moved to Saugus. I won't show up again."
