"It’s hard for me to separate my experiences, this was a hit and run repair setup by MAPFRE. The entire experience was a nightmare, but as far as Willard Street goes, they quoted and replaced just the bumper and then called me and asked if the airbag light was on, I said not when I brought it in. They then had to reopen another incident to handle the seat. Now my car rattles and sounds like a loose aluminum car is jammed in the wheel well somewhere and MAPFRE and Willard is fine with it. ALWAYS USE AN INDEPENDENT GARAGE!!! I’d probably avoid MAPFRE AND WILLARD Street!"
