"What's the surprise? Don't come to this store! The attitude of the service staff is extremely bad! I found wire in my drink and the staff didn't even offer me any apology."

"This place could be good, but they are so inconsistent. If you order a drink with yogurt, and they don’t have any, instead of telling you they substitute with coconut cream the kind for dessert soups. This has happened three times. People with coconut allergies need to be careful here. One time I ordered a regular plain strawberry slush, and they put coconut cream in, like why would you do that? If you ask them they say it’s suppose to have it. I have ordered strawberry drinks so many times and it usually does not have it. The newest girl they hired is so bad, I think she’s just guessing when she makes drinks. She made the lychee tea drink that is suppose to be purple/pink and white in the picture into a brown drink. They’ve had over 10+ hires and only 2 of these people were good at making drinks. It has to be lack of training. Maybe give these people a recipe book."

"It is a bubble place so no need for detailed review. Food is good in my opinion, but the price range is definitely on the higher end, especially given its location. Nice place in general, service is fine, no idea what service ppl look for in a bubble tea place. There are multiple bubble tea places within the 2-3 blocks, so nothing special but pretty good, pricey for its food and location."

"I am not a big fan of bubble tea but I think I like the mango Pomelo in this place, it’s is amazing and delicious. The only thing I did not like it is too expensive it cost about $10, I can’t afford to go there every day, but I think once a month or twice a month is okay for me, I will definitely will go back there again!"

"Very tasty bubble tea and enjoyable environment overall. They give the little cute lovely keychain as a gift when you buy more often, if add up over 50 dollars I think. I recommend milk tea with brown sugar bubbles! Also the fruit slush is a must-try :)"
