"I love this 99 restaurant the food is always good. I want to give a shout out to one of the associates "ELLIS". He always greets you with a hello and how are you doing? His customer service is exceptional. He always makes sure my order is correct. What a great associate he is! Thank you Ellis :o)"
"I did a takeout order. Ordering online was smooth and easy. Arriving at the restaurant there were reserved spaces for take out pick up. There was a link on the order confirmation to let them know when I arrived. Someone brought out the food when it was ready. Everything went smoothly. The food was very good. The Vermont Cheddar Burger was filled with flavor. One of the better burgers that I've had in a while."
"Always love coming to this chain. The food is usually very consistent but the only gripe is that the steak is always just a bit too dark for me, so order it a temp below what you want it at. Besides that the service was good and the Lobster Roll definitely comes with plenty of meat for the price. That’s a must for this season."
"The hostess was very sweet and friendly; she sat us right away. We went in around 2:15 PM, so there was no crowd. The waitress will remain nameless, but she messed up most of the order. We asked for a refresher and received lemondae. The lemonade was good, but it was not what we ordered. We asked for corn and received broccoli. The rice was beyond watery so we had warm mashed potatoes after requesting steaming hot potatoes, because the rest of the food was cold. The chicken had no seasoning and the biscuit was hard as a brick. This must have been an off day for the restaurant, because they have great reviews. The food was terrible and service was nothing special."
