"I didn't like people talking over the food,we need to raise the standards in most restaurants and cafés, not just here..no one had their hair in nets, the whole time they were talking and laughing over the food, anything can fly out your mouth and into the food...try wearing masks"
"Love my Panera! Food is always great. Atmosphere very cool for lunch with work friends or a quiet conversation. Close to my job and home. Cool."
"Be careful of what they put in the bag for you, make sure you check if all your food is in the bag in front of them or employees will accused you of stealing. I was treated that way today when they forgot to give me my sandwich with my soup order. Never left the store, had no bags on me, thin jacket and leggings on so I don’t know where I “supposedly” stash a full size sub. Oh, I must have stuffed it down my throat in the split seconds that I opened the bag to put some napkins in? Employees need to be more respectful and stop accusing patrons and own up to their mistakes."
"It was my first at Panera with My girlfriend and I had no idea what to get and this man Thomas at the register made a great suggestion and I was more than satisfied. He was very professional and polite. It’s because of people like Thomas, people will keep coming back."
"Good food but not the best dine-in experience. Went for brunch and split the chipotle chicken and egg on ciabatta and sausage egg and cheese on Asiago. Both sandwiches were flavorful, delicious, and had a good filling to bread ratio. Also got the charged lemonade - disclaimer: charged lemonades have more caffeine and sugar than a Mountain Dew, so tread lightly. The food saved the review here, because the tables were littered with old trash from previous guests and crumbs everywhere. Went to wipe down the table ourselves but had to ask for napkins. Also, they didn’t have any silverware and only had plastic utensils available. One one note, the table we sat at was next to a painting of fruit, which had multiple flies on the painting. Overall, Panera’s food hits the spot and would definitely come again…. but might skip dining in and get food to go."
