"Very nice folks but a bit unorganized. They did have the kits I was looking for and although one kit had the incorrect diaphragm in it they did take care of it. Jump forward, I was sent a fuel pump kit that I did not order. I contacted them and was told a return label was being sent. That was 2 months ago. "Thanks from Canada, I needed the Carter fuel pump for my MerCruiser 3 L engine rebuild. Shipping it from Canada was impractical so they sold me a rebuild kit and directed me to their online videos of how to do it. Everything fit perfectly, worked perfectly the videos were a fantastic help. I had previously called Carter because that pump is no longer sold by MerCruiser and Carter was no help at all, other than fortunately they directed me here. "I have had 2 fuel pumps rebuilt by Then and Now in the past 6 months and they do a terrific job. One for a 51 Cadillac and the other for a 33 Lincoln. They are friendly and the pumps come back looking and working great, and I think at a very reasonable price."
