"If you like paying dealer prices, and then some, this place is for you. I went in for rear brakes and a sticker. After they gouged me for $1800 for rear brakes they told me there is a small hole in my muffler and it would be $1200 to replace. $575 for the muffler part alone, I took the car to someone else, total for muffler job, including parts and labor $285. This place feasts on people who know nothing about cars. They even charged me $35 for rags. Then I went back for the sticker because I was rejected. I went in and told them I needed the sticker and I would wait in the car. They said they will cone and get me. 30 minutes goes by so I went back in. Different guy, "You didn't register" OK, I talked to a person and told him I needed a sticker, but apparently he didn't register me!! He told me inspections take 1 hour! So now I'm 90 minutes for an inspection, nobody in front of me!! I looked up the muffler part on line, $105, they were charging me $575. The bolts $6, they charged $42, The license plate bulb was 12 cents on line, they charge $20. Oh, they do have are coffee though... Go somewhere else!!!!"

"Joe was extremely helpful when I came in due to tire pressure. They looked the car over and found I needed work to make the car safe. Joe provided great info, updates and amazing customer service. I appreciated them looking over the car even when I came in just for a tire pressure issue."

"Went for an oil change and inspection. I was told my wipers streaked and needed new ones to get inspection. New wipers $18. They streak and chatter across the windshield. All 4 tires were 23 pounds . No air put in even though light was on. Skid Plate rattles. I can't be sure the oil was even changed at this point. Never going back and will never recommend. This was a free oil change to make up for 400.00 charge to splice a new trailer light plug that still doesn't work. Never again."

"Unfortunately I totaled my car and had it towed to JB auto. They assessed the damage within 5 minutes of the car’s arrival and gave it to me straight. They were extremely friendly, great communicators, walked me through the process of getting the car to the junkyard with no hassle. They made a difficult situation a little bit better."
