"I personally don’t like pavement that much, the bagels are really pretty, but they don’t taste that good. The bagel bread is really hard sometimes. And it’s so hard to chew, I don’t recommend the bagels. I haven’t had the coffee before, but that might be good. I also heard that the service is really slow a lot of the time, waiting over 10 minutes for a singular bagel when this is supposed to be a quick grab and go food. Also, it’s in the Smith Centre which isn’t the best place to serve food."

"The food is good, but overpriced. The coffee is decent but nothing overwhelming. I understand that I went in on a busy Sunday, but it should not take 20 minutes to make a bacon egg and cheese and a coffee. The owner should consider hiring another person to streamline the operation. I will not be returning as there are better options in terms of price and time."

"May 6, 2023 latte review located in the Smith student center of Harvard University. This is a busy place for getting a quick espresso drink, snacks, breakfast,and lunch sandwiches. I like 8 ounce latte, flat, white or cappuccinos. At Pavement, I have to modify because their standard latte size is 12 ounces and they don’t offer a flat white variety. They are usually happy to make a latte in an 8 ounce cup but they don’t discount from the 12 ounce price. It is a lighter roast of coffee, delicious with great foam and nice balance. I Astor the Spanish latte and enjoyed that variation. The staff I have dealt with are polite and quick."
