"I brought my car in for an oil change, which from what I understand, ordinarily should take 20-30 minutes. They were unable to finish this the day I brought it in, but no big deal, these places are busy, right? The next day I pick up my car and drive home. A day or two later I drive somewhere for work and notice the hood is smoking. The cap to my gasket was left off, oil was splashed everywhere, the padding under my hood was soaked in oil, and the kicker - a dirty rag left on top of the battery. I called and demanded it be fixed. Chris, a very nice guy came out, assessed the situation, offered a ride if i needed one, and brought the car back in. He’s the only reason for the extra star. It took another day and a half to get my car back. The padding still has a little oil left undried, but it *seems* cleaned and the cap replaced… still might get everything looked at from another mechanic. I can’t recommend this place, I’m sorry. I’m sure other people have great experiences with them. Thank god the rag under the hood didn’t ignite while I was driving."
