"Worst service I ever had, I had to do breaks so I came to the shop I asked him how much its gonna cost he talked me $445 it was expensive but I decided to go with it after 3 hours that I was waiting he came to me and he talked me “you all set the total is $694 (and he done only the rear breaks) I reminded him that we agreed for $445 he said “we changed your caliper as well” I asked him why you didnt talked me I was here sitting he started to get mad and be disrespectful he said “if you dont pay $694 you wont get the car back”, then he took my wheels off and he called the cops to trespass me I asked for my car back (even with the old breaks) but they never gave it back to me they acting like gangsters dont ever use their service because you might be blackmailed."

"U-Haul Service is the worst i've ever seen. Representative provide me a vehicle with a different license plates compare to my reservation. When i did vehicle inspection and saw that license plates do not match, i came back and explained it. And response i got:"If you don't want to take it don't need to, there are other people who will need this car". P.S. So you think i supposed to took responsibility for the car which was not even on parking lot? Well i have same advice for Diamond Discount Automotive: " If you don't want to do business, don't need to do it, i am sure there are plenty of people who will provide a better service"."

When I came back, the person told me the issue was a nail in the tire so they have fixed it for a much cheaper price than if the tire had to be swapped.
