"Starbucks Auburndale, MA #50017 @12:25p order a tall cold brew requested for whip cream, caramel drizzle and caramel ribbon crunch, the cashier looked at me with disgust and reply they could not do it. Once agree to do, waited for 15 mins.. my friends gotten there items but not I.. I was not welcomed … if I could zero star, had to repeatedly ask them to add the extra stuff I requested.. shame discriminated against me"

"It's my neighborhood Starbucks, so we'll always go. Staff work hard, as this location sometimes gets overwhelmed. The location is perfect, right on the corner of Rt 30, and use to be a local gas station with nice seating areas in the park nearby, or on the patio. I would love for this Starbucks to add an order board (TV screen) on the wall by pick up like other Starbucks locations. This would help with pick up, and take pressure off the staff."

"A great neighborhood starbucks! This is definitely a busy spot! All the staffs have been working very hard of getting things organized and they did a great job! Although there had been a couple of times that the wait was 20 min to get my order, but that was situations where 50 cups were sitting on the table to be served. They are beyond 5 stars!!!"
