"Absolutely lacking in accommodations for people with disabilities. People at the store have absolutely zero knowledge of the app and are useless to help with any questions customers may have about it. This seems to be a glaring omission in training, and it’s frankly alarming how much the person I talked to didn’t care to help someone who is housebound. I would expect nothing less from snobby pretentious Newton. Not much of a loss since the food sucks across the board."

"The worker there closed the restaurant earlier and made us cancel our order while we were waiting for it. Getting the refund was very annoying and we had to go out of our way to get it but the manager that helped us with it was very nice. Food is good."

"Idk who they have in the kitchen but let them cook. This was the best mcdonald's I've ever had and it's not even close. The bacon looked like it was just fried up, crispy, perfectly done. There's some magic happening down in Newton. The spicy chicken sandwich was a work of art."

"Outstanding dine in experience thanks to the team at the front and the kitchen. Very polite and fast, accurate service from Kelly, Jeremiah, Maya and Alex up front. Thankfully no takeout here, so the staff is focused on dine in customers and curbside. The restaurant and bathroom are clean and well maintained here. They have kiosks so you can order yourself, which is great, too. Plenty of parking. Great family stop. The renovations are very nice and the place is very sunny. Overall, very positive experience in a high traffic, busy commercial, residential location. Customer service competes with a fancy restaurant."
