"I'd never been there before but my niece said they were better than Auto Zone was , and she's in Maine. I had a challenging fuse to identify and two men were helping me. One went to look at fuse panel in my car while other one on computer researching. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They encouraged me to return or call if I needed to. The store was nicer than competitor's. It had a pleasant smell and had a calm feel to it , even though there were constant customers. The parking was ample, and easy to access since the store located at junction of Lowell Street and route one in Peabody. You can enter from either. I live in Danvers, but it was worth the extra few minutes drive. I'll use them from now on."
