Upon contacting them, I was instructed to bring my car in for yet another round of diagnostics, despite having already provided them with the relevant code. This initial red flag should have been enough to warn me of the ordeal ahead. After surrendering my car, Langway Nissan proceeded to charge me for their "services." To add insult to injury, they informed me that I needed to replace the passenger side seat cushion—a jaw-dropping $2,500 expense. What's worse, there was no guarantee that this would even solve the problem, and further diagnostics might be necessary. In my pursuit of clarity, I requested a detailed receipt and a breakdown of the work performed. To my dismay, all I received was confirmation that they had merely rerun the same code I had already provided. Their solution? To follow the steps in the "Nissan mechanic step-by-step book," which conveniently began with replacing the seat. No further information or explanation was provided about the mechanic's actions. I am absolutely livid at the utter lack of respect, integrity, and professionalism displayed by Langway Nissan. They exhibited a blatant disregard for my time, money, and trust. It is unfathomable that a supposedly reputable dealership would stoop to such lows, offering the bare minimum in terms of service and assistance. I strongly caution anyone considering Langway Nissan for their automotive needs to think twice. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to potential customers, urging them to seek more reliable and trustworthy alternatives."

Hack work, who knows what else they messed up on. Don’t bring you vehicle here. **Update** The recall was for a parking pawl. A couple weeks later the truck won’t go into park. They didn’t even do the job right."
