"Took my AAA call and didn't give me a tow until 4 days later. Kept pushing it til "tomorrow" all week. I had to keep calling them because they never reached out to me as promised. That's not a big deal and not my issue however. They knew they had to drop off my vehicle in my driveway and instead dropped off my truck on the street because it was more convenient for the guy who was dropping off the truck. They never called me either. Just left my vehicle on the crowded streets of West Warwick and took off before I could say anything. Now I'm left doing an unfinished brake job on a main road unless I use my AAA again to get my truck into my driveway. I would not trust these people to take care of your vehicle and AAA should not be giving them jobs they cant or wont do. Cant wait to work on my drivers side now that my truck is on the main road. Thanks guys"

"My car wouldn't start so I called AAA and Larry towing showed up.I had a very dead battery for 1. My side mount battery thermal bolt was stripped and was difficult to get out but that didn't stop him he was able to get both bolts off take the old battery out and the new battery in.With very little room may I add on and it was raining on and off. Wonderful service! Would definitely reccomend!"
