"Quick lane is fantastic. Lisa is amazing. Keeps her word, follows up. Does great work. Sales marks up their vehicles like the criminals they are. Service is a revolving door of employees. They don’t keep their promises and don’t follow-up well. I brought in my Explorer two years ago for a complaint that is now a recall, and they told me they “get parts sporadically and the ones received have already been promised to others.” They originally had my vehicle for 6weeks after I fought for weeks to get a loaner (which was initially tiny). Also, my air conditioner was leaking, had been every year since purchase. Never diagnosed properly. When it was, they wanted nearly $1000 before releasing my car though Ford was supposed to cover it. Rather than advocating for the customer, they forced me to pay and then fight with Ford myself and I had to call multiple days in a row to get the reimbursement check that was promised. I am going out of my way to avoid this place at all costs. A place that can’t keep employees like this place doesn’t says a lot, too. Lisa in quick lane gets these stars, otherwise avoid at all costs."

"Brought my car in for a recall. Service was amazing! The work took much less time than anticipated and my car was vacuumed and washed for me. The service manager was top shelf!! Extremely polite and attentive when answering my questions. He made sure my car was well taken care of and took the time to show me to the waiting area ensuring I knew there was coffee. Mr Lacey’s customer service skills are certainly hard to come bye these days! Would highly recommend Flood Ford for any service needs."
