"I have been a Firestone customer for many years, if you look at my history I have spent thousands there, not just my vehicle but other family members, and fleet vehicles for the company I work for, I had my step daughter drop off her 2017 Dodge Journey I gave to her, like she has many times before, Craig called and sent estimates I approved most of it, and expected my stepdaughter to pick it up , when completed ( as she has many times before), however this time, a woman at the desk wouldn't put it on my charge, because I wasn't there, and then went to call in and she started telling me that they don't do that no more, and I said what are you talking about, I asked, where is Craig? She said we need your ZIP code and I would have given her anything to get this done, so my stepdaughter ends up calling her mother and she pays it with her debit card over the phone, which is what I said to the 800 number when I called it in, so unless there's some resolution to this I guess I'm not coming back, Alan"

"I could not be more thankful for the customer service and quality work I received yesterday at Firestone in East Providence. Staff upfront were kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. The mechanic went above and beyond with my vehicle, and he came out to talk to me several times, making sure I understood what needed to be done and even going so far as to tell me what work could wait until after the holiday. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future."

"Just went for an oil change. When I left they told me that they topped my coolant off for me too. I live 15 mins away and when I pulled into my parking lot my engine started overheating, car started smoking. I called back obviously concerned and got basically zero assistance in navigating the issue. I was told that I ‘might have a leak’ but they would need me to come back with the vehicle, but also was recommended not to drive it. Okay, so what am I supposed to do then? Also found literal animal bones when popping my hood. You’re telling me no one noticed a leak if you added coolant and it magically disappeared in the 15 mins it took me to drive home, or saw the bones to remove them? Now I’m stuck trying to figure this out with an hour before I’m supposed to be at work. Haven’t had issues with my engine overheating in the past so I’m really concerned."
