"Loud music blasting! Can't hear yourself think. Not a good place to go to chat and drink coffee with someone! Very disappointing. What happened to these donut shops! Mangement needs to step up and be more consumer friendly and not have parties behind the counters!"

"I should have learned my lesson by now by not going to this location anymore. I only get one thing when I’m there and that is a caramel craze latte. Half the time it’s something completely different once I have driven away. I guess I should take a sip before I leave the premises to make sure. I really don’t understand the issue it’s not like the order was complicated. And either way nothing but young kids working here and they are all miserable. They all have the personality of a cast-iron pan. And I am a very large tipper!"
