Super friendly service rep, and very comfortable large waiting room with giant tv, soft seats, fancy coffee machine, big windows for sunlight. The car got its service in the time frame promised and the tech spotted an alignment issue with the rear wheels and a screw in one of the tires. Both were fixed quickly- the alignment under warranty and the tire fix for free. The service rep offered a complimentary wash and floor mat vacuuming too- a nice touch.
