"I came in today for a driver side headlight being out. I was informed by Ken that their labor rate would be $30 more because I didn't call ahead and I just showed up. I had called the young lady but she had not relayed the message to the powers that be. What is the difference whether I called ahead or not, they are still performing the same work.. My family operated a business for many years and that is not customer service. When the job was finished I was informed again by Ken that there was an additional 3% fee for the use of a credit card. I appreciate what they did today but I won't be returning with any vehicle from RJ Schinner. Bob V."
