"The worst customer service experience. I was new to the area and just wanted to find good local coffee shop since I like to support local and from the moment I walked in I didn’t like the service and I felt I was being hared to order to quickly and the lady didn’t have patience to explain what the unique drinkers they have and was ready to help the next customer before I even finished my order. I end up ordering something I didn’t like and I will never go or recommend this place if you are not from the area or you are a new customer to them."

"Been to Sweetwaters a few times. Always served with a smile. Best egg,cheese and biscuit I ever had. That biscuit was light airy buttery. Pumpkin latte fantastic."

"Really bad service. Avoid. The staff has a bad attitude; asked us to wait as regular coffee was out, said would give us a call and we sat by the window. After 10m I want back to check at the counter and they said “we placed your order at the pickup area”. No answer when I ask about the “call” - both coffees were cold and they would not remake. Terrible experience! One of the people serving claimed to be the manager. We left…the bagel table next door is so much better and a local business."

"Sunday May 12, 2023:Pistachio latte got me very excited but the blueberry scone, after taking a few bites, I notice green spects. I showed the lady behind the counter and she referred me to the short guy. He did not know what to say and gave me another one in a bag. He stared at the rest on display puzzled, not sure of what to do. I sat down and looked at the new one, same thing! I went back and his response was no one ever said anything before... I asked for a slice of the crumb cake. Pistachio latte was the best but a scone that was clearly not freshly baked, or he would have said so, ruined the experience.!! :("
