"Customer service is great. I was there but a week ago and two ladies from the cash register were very pleasant. One spoken English, and the other spoke Spanish. They were in communion one another very pleasant came to the table. Ask us if we needed anything. I never seen something like that and any place I go to never mind McDonald’s they trade you kind of fair but in a very rough matter. Well, congratulations you guys keep going and be kind and service orientated so when people come in, they see the love that you have on your job and I love you have for them."

"What happened was 12:37pm of the date 08/24/23… the woman was attending me looks be “manager”, very bossy and rude! She yelled at me fot paying with a $100 bill… if she asked me if I would have another form of payment, I could have given her my card, but she preferred to scream and complain… if they do not know how to work serving people, I think she is in the wrong place! This happened over the drive thru."

"Terrible customer service! A bunch of workers and still almost an hour for a 4for4. Place completely trashed and not well cleaned. I’m not one to write reviews like this but this place definitely needs some work. There were 4 (food delivery) drivers waiting for their order and the young guy that works as a teller, aside from getting the orders wrong, was being extremely rude"

"It was clean for fast-food establishment, staff were polite but service a bit slow. Update 08/05. Changed 3 stars to 1. Horrible customer service, staff working for drive true customers ignoring over the counter patrons, young boy at the counter not knowing what to do, thus, service is slow, orders often confused (he needs some training). I left with nothing after spending 15 minutes there. By the way, only 3 customers were in the front of me."
