"Went to the Natick Mall location for the first time. Like the atmosphere very much. David was our server and me and my friend LOVED him. So sweet answering all of our questions. He was very honest about the great and good foods there based on what I told him we liked. He was just awesome. We felt very welcomed by him. Make sure to ask for his section when there!!"

"Floor was super slippery so ne careful. The food was okay, and the staff was knowledgeable of the menu and friendly. Atmosphere was an absolute mess. Our empty dishes sat on the table and were never removed. There was food on the floor and other tables that hadn't been cleaned. The dishes our food was served on were cracked, and the food was served very spotty (meaning meat was served and the included side of rice was served about 10 minutes later). Some of our ordered items were dry and overlooked, and they were out of a few of the items on the menu. So, plan for a second option."

"Always love ❤️ going to Natick as we get to go to PF Changs. Terrific food, atmosphere, and service. We spend nearly 2.5 hours each visit slowly eating and drinking to make the most of the visit."

"Beautiful atmosphere and service was superb. Connected to the Natick Mall. Food is Americanized so if you are looking for authentic Asian food this isn’t the place. We for wagyu steak which the steak was delish but not their seasoning. Sushi was good and their Korean clear noodle was good."
