"I recently had a rather unsatisfactory experience with an online order I placed, which was scheduled for next-day pickup. Upon my arrival at the store around 1:00 PM EST, I was informed that only part of my order was ready, despite assurances that all items were in stock. What was anticipated to be a quick 5-minute visit turned into a frustrating 45-minute wait, only to discover that the store did not have the items they initially confirmed they had. Consequently, my order was canceled. This was particularly disappointing as I had traveled from Boston to Framingham specifically for this pickup. Moreover, the follow-up has been equally disheartening. Despite filing a complaint and being promised contact from a regional manager, I have yet to receive any response, despite several attempts to follow up. In comparison, I have found Advanced Auto Parts to be more reliable, both in terms of their supply chain and customer service. This experience has unfortunately influenced my decision to prefer their services in the future."

He was very knowledgeable and kind. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and warm greeting, a change from other places."
