"The person who took my order was truly terrible. First she asked me at the window to tell her again what i had ordered through the drive thru. Then she made me wait for my drink again. She finally hands me my drink and it's incorrect. On top of that, he disrespects me by telling me that that's what I asked for ! Practically blaming me for their terrible work and customer service. Especially with a displeased face at all time!!! They have no education or respect for their clients. This place is the worst! Don't waste your time..."

"Dunkin' is really going under. They just cannot seem to get the orders right. And then if you ask for a sandwich, they microwave it, which makes it disgusting. I'm not quite sure why we keep spending money. When the orders are never right. They can't get the sugar count right on the coffee. I am just so overdunkin. We need to have more donuts and coffee shops open up. One that my actually care what you're ordering is, and if it's right. The attitude that comes from the cashiers at Dunkin is just so overwhelming. I know we all complain, and then we all go buy something from them."

"I ordered an everything bagel with veggie creme cheese .. I waited quite a while to even place my order. There were many waiting g to receive their orders. The facility was very unkept, sitting area needed cleaning, the equipment behind counter was dirty and unclean."

"Waited 20 mins for a coffee in drive-thru with only one car in front. When asked why it is taking so long to order a coffee their response: “We are short staffed so we get to you when we feel like it.” Clearly this is one franchisee who doesn’t feel they need to follow brand standards set by corporate. Their tagline “the world runs on Dunkin” ….. Clearly not in Brattleboro hahaha"

"I waited 45 minutes in line… for this sandwich to be messed up when i first received it. Then this when corrected, the egg wasnt even thawed out from being frozen.. they did a separate transaction for my coffee and breakfast sandwiches which in turn made me pay tax twice. Im am completely disappointed. I called the location to be put on hold and nobody ever went to the phone. I want a refund i spent 22$ on inedible food!"
