"They lie in their reports. Are not professional. Do not supervise like they are supposed to and do not show up for the scheduled visits. Don’t waste your time. The ones running the facility do not look like they have any business doing so. They do not answer their phones. Voicemail is always full."
"Was a nice visit. But find it silly to pay to see your own kids"
"DADS BEWARE! Place just started. They are completely disorganized, as well as bias. They show no interest in court orders. We were supposed to have 6 weekly visits.... weekly. They shouldve been scheduled for weekly and both parents should've shown up. Thus took 15 weeks to accomplish! As well they did not properly document the arrival time of the other party. They should've been inside the door at 9. Not pulling in at 905 and walking through the door at 910. The situation was not documented, even after asking for it to be done, as it was a clear violation. There was a check box about whether or not the parties involved had altercations or if one harrassed the other. They were checked wrong. I did not ever speak to the other party or about the other party to my child. They even wrote notes how I stayed in another room doluring drop off so I wasnt harrassed. The check box clearly asks if I had conflict or harrassing words with the other party. But was marked as I had done something wrong.... the mixture of disorganization and the inability to know how to fill out their own paperwork, as well as taking many days to respond to a question or concern I had, is why I give 1 star. It would've gotten 0, but it didnt feel like a hospital more like a councilors office. So it was at least a pleasant place to see my Daughter. For you Dads out there who are paying thousands to lawyers. Make sure your lawyers stress the meaning of court order to these people before you go. And make sure all visits are scheduled prior to the first one... or your 6 week will be 15 or more."
"Very nice and helpful"
