"Not a great experience, all of the food was burnt, the workers barely said a work to me, it was clear no one in this Dunkin gave an F about the quality of the food they handed out."

"OK, I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts since it opened, and pretty much suffered through the ups and downs of this local business, as I love DD and I understand the difficulties of staffing a place like this, but two days in a row of just brutal service has me calling it quits, I will drive the extra distance to go to Ravena when I crave my DD fix. Yesterday I waited in the Drive through line for 30 minutes, only to pick up my cold sandwich and iced drink that was anicely undrinkable due to the ice being already melted and drink ingredients all separated. The person in front of me was about 15 minutes of the wait, and I saw she got a refund so whatever she wanted to get was a waste of her time, and all of us waiting in our car. I have them one more shot today, got to the order window and told them I was a On The Go pickup, and they told me to pull up. This time it was 25 minutes to get to the window, and mind you only 4 cars ahead of me. I was expecting nasty drinks again, but instead they let me know that they didn't have the ingredients to make my stuff, so instead of telling me at the order window, they made me waste 25 minutes. This was not a recent event, this happens a LOT and I just decided to call it a day with this place."

"More often than not, this specific location is disappointing. When you order through the app and order to pick up at the drive thru, the courtesy should be to check your order first and to let you know if something cannot be accommodated at the speaker and not at the window. This is very much crew dependent. Other disappointments in the past include: Missing items from order, broken espresso machine. A lot of these can be overlooked if the customer service was more thoughtful of the customer -- if the staff tried to make it right ahead of time before we get to the window. Instead, more time is wasted sitting there on line only to be annoyed at the window. My recommendation: Drive the extra miles to the Ravena location, it'll be a world of difference! Trust."

"Consistently one of the slowest Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I go because it's close to home but after waiting 15 minutes today for 2 bagels, 5 of which were spent at the pick up window staring at the bag with my food that no one bothered to come over and give me, I'll NEVER go back."
