"My partner and I love the Pickering Inn. We are repeat customers and while it’s a three-hour car ride from our house in MA, our stay there is worth every minute of the drive. The Inn is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and luxurious, the breakfasts are super, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the dinners at the Pavilion restaurant are truly amazing. We can’t say enough good things about this Inn."

"I have to tell you, we had the absolute best experience at Pickering House. The whole interior was beautifully designed, with just the right mix of original detail and modern touches. The rooms were quiet and very well-appointed. Every member of the hotel team was more than helpful and always available to give advice on activities or bring a drink or a snack, but somehow we never felt like we were being hovered over. Barbara and Andrea in particular were the stars of our trip. Each of them had such thoughtful recommendations for the different things to do around Wolfeboro, and they were both just so pleasant to speak with. Finally, the breakfasts were amazing! We will be coming back, and we will be sending our family and friends as well."

The Guest Services team, Barbara, Jennifer and Andrea are wonderful ambassadors for Pickering House Inn. They all go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. They’re so knowledgeable and helpful and are invaluable in planning your day. Amy and the housekeeping staff are top-notch and keep the inn and rooms immaculate! Each morning the talented and friendly chef and staff serve a delicious breakfast as you ponder your day’s activities. Location is perfect and is in walking distance to a quaint little town filled with restaurants and shops. There is so much to do; Take a drive and tour the lake, cruise the M/S Mount Washington, visit the White Mountains, browse shops, enjoy ice cream or just relax sitting on the inn porch with a cup of their delicious brewed coffee or a glass of wine. Lastly, their restaurant Pavilion is amazing and has outstanding cocktails! We so look forward to our return!"
