"We travel and always stay at Hilton’s/hamptons and this stay was the best service we have had in a long time! The house keeping was fast and prompt, the front desk was friendly and the breakfast staff was BEYOND AMAZING. I wish I would have got our waitress name, but she was absolutely amazing!"

"Great hotel typical Hilton. The desk staff was nice and the evening bar tender was good. Our waitress at breakfast was pleasant but not very attentive and kept forgetting to bring things we asked for. Water, honey, coffee etc. I’m hoping that she is just new and learning the ropes. The hostess did her best to fill in for her."

"I have been visiting here for the past six months for a travel assignment and very pleased with this hotel. I am especially thankful for the diner staff and visiting daily for the breakfast. They are personable, remember your order and very accommodating. The food is fresh, consistent and amazing. I will miss being here and the kind staff! "We attended an event here, and were so impressed by the view, the service, the cleanliness. Its a beautiful hotel. While we didn't stay there overnight, I wouldn't hesitate to attend or hold an event there. And in the 90 degree heat, it was very comfortable in our large event room. The staff was very attentive and helpful, much appreciated!"

"This is the second year that we've gone to this hotel last year, was Absolutely great. Nothing wrong this last year. My mother sprang for a little more of an expensive room and the bathroom had a lot of grime on the bathtub and there was leftover soap left in the soap dish in the bathtub. They were stains on the bathroom floor but other than that the room was very nice. Absolutely beautiful view. We had a great time. They did compass breakfast for the days that we were there and the food was excellent. Dinner was excellent. All of the weight staff and cooks were absolutely great and fantastic people with great personalities and really good with children. Both of my children are autistic and they were very good with them offering to bring crayons and paper for them to color and whatnot and I cannot say enough about the the people that were there that work there absolutely great. They took care of the bathroom situation and they were actually very displeased with themselves to hear that that happened. We look forward to going again next year and I'm pretty sure that next year every single will be great and it's a great place to go. We went for the balloon festival in, had an absolute wonderful time"
