"Loud. Noise from neighbor at all hours. Lyrics clear from the apartment below whether 1 in the afternoon or just after the bars close. Can't figure how their kids live like that but maybe that's why they cry all the time. If you are looking to rent a decent place and don't have to use a voucher, look elsewhere. Otherwise, welcome to the ghetto."

"Definitely not soundproof like stated on the website If you're someone that likes a quiet home, this is not the place. The appearance of the apartments are nice looking but I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone that works 3rd shift or someone who needs to sleep during the day. (It's a loud building) you can actually here your neighbors talking, or when they stomp their feet u can hear ur lights rattle on the ceiling, it's crazy.. There's also alot of drama, like it's high school. I've been here since they became available and at 1st I loved it, it was alot more quiet than what it is now, now I can't wait to move."
