"This store just needs to close. Seriously. Just shut it down. You're wasting literally everybody's time. Nobody answers the phone. Your hours are incorrect. I've gone to this store every day for almost 10 days and it's closed every single time. Store says open, online, but its closed. Can't call because nobody ever answers. You guys even posted next to the door, updated store hours. And nobody is there. It took you all weeks to put a tiny post it note on the door...claiming closed due to illness. Maybe update the damn website or have some sort of competent form of updating your store hours. From the poor boot building quality. To horrid service...I don't know what happened to red wing. You guys were the best. Your 300$ boots look stitched by a blind person..(china) you all really need to fix your business model..because long running customers like myself are getting absolutely sick and tired of this atrocious customer service and overall lack of professionalism. Just about done with red wing at this point. This is the reason companies like brunt are on the rise. I'm not a fan of them, but I'm basically ready to say goodbye to red wing entirely. This is just getting ridiculous."
