"It’s a bad atmosphere. Kids are not welcomed, usually kids are frowned upon by employees. Cashiers are rude, specially when someone makes returns. I never write bad reviews but this Marshall’s needs improvement."

"I recently visited Marshall's in the Restore Shopping Center in Stoneham, Massachusetts, and I must say that my experience left me very disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that something was amiss. First and foremost, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. Many of the workers appeared visibly unhappy, which immediately set a negative tone for my shopping trip. Another issue I encountered was the long lines at the checkout counters. It seemed like there were not enough staff members to handle the volume of customers, leading to frustratingly long wait times. It's disheartening to spend more time waiting in line than actually browsing the store. Furthermore, the store's organization left a lot to be desired. Shelves were poorly stocked, and it was challenging to find the items I was looking for. This lack of attention to detail added to my overall sense of disappointment. In summary, my visit to Marshall's in Stoneham, Massachusetts, was marred by unhappy workers, long lines, and a lack of organization. It's disheartening to see such potential wasted in what could be a great shopping experience. I hope that Marshall's management can address these issues to improve the overall customer experience at this location."

"Nice, clean location. I didn't purchase anything, just stopped in to pass time while waiting for the bus back home. Only visited the shoe section. Good variety of shoes, but limited on larger sizes for women."

"Front isn't so friendly in my opinion and not the most accommodating to customers. Tried to buy sweatpants part of a set and the girl was like you wanna wait with some attitude. I said yes, then waited and they couldn't find the other piece and refused to sell me it. Ridiculous in my opinion. Do better, don't punish the customer due to the stores disorganization. Management needs to be kinder and mostly, more accompanying. Also bought a dirty sports bra and they didn't even batt and eye to give me a discount"
