"I should have written this review months ago. We stayed in this super clean, cute BnB this past summer; we were very happy with our choice. Our room was bright, a decent size w/a very large bathroom. Do it yourself simple breakfast; on a residential street from which you could walk into the commercial center of town. Nice sitting area outside the BnB. We recommend taking the short path by the river where there are explanatory signs about the town's history."

"Nice place but not very organized. We flew into Boston from Houston and drove up to Waterville. Lovely drive but didn't arrive till 6:30. They posted a sign that an envelope would be left in case you arrive late however, there was no enevelope for us. We had to call multiple numbers and wait around till someone knew what to do."

"Before Air BNB became a thing, there was this place. Imagine being able to book your own room, at a very reasonable price, and staying in a very clean room and having a nice continental breakfast in the morning! Well that's THIS place! Another plus is that the owner doesn't price gouge like other establishments do when there's something going on at Colby College. Fair Place-Fair Rates!!"

"This place was great. Affordable, comfortable, and easy check-in/check-out. The breakfast was good and simple with fresh fruit, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, cereals, OJ. Walkable distance to downtown. Probably the best place to stay in Waterville. Would come back again."

"Lovely location in the heart of Waterville. The rooms are nicely decorated and the space has such a harmonious energy. Time spent in the inn is relaxing and it's a wonderful place to unwind. The owner is great at communicating and very helpful with suggestions."
