Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterville - North, an IHG Hotel

"If you plan on renting a room for a celebration or anything and live less than 30 miles they will not rent to you. All they say it is there policy and give you an attitude when you ask for the reasoning. Would not recommend giving them any business."

"Second time i have stayed at this location, both times on the ground floor. The ground floor has a very noticeable mildew / raw sewage smell. Both times rooms seemed damp. I stay at Holiday Inn Express over 100 nights a year and this is probably one of the worst ones. I will not be back to this location."

"After 8 hours of driving, we got to our hotel around midnight. The staff at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and while we only stopped for the night to sleep, the room was very lovely. It was clean, it was cozy and best of all it was quiet. We were able to sleep through the night perfectly! No noise from outside or from other rooms!"

"Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Waterville, Maine is a very nice hotel. We are an IHG members and upon check in they upgraded our room to a suite. Everything is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. The prices are reasonable. The WiFi works very well. Plenty of free parking. We recommend this location."

"I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service or should I say no service. I accidentally made a reservation for a stay in September(should have been October). Spoke to Central reservations who in turn called the property. They assured me of a prompt refund due to the nature of the error. I immediately rebooked for the correct night. The property never contacted me back to verify the refund as stated by the guest relations agent. I reached out to the property directly on two separate occasions and never received a return call or email. Reached back out to central guest relations who called the property. They simply said we’re sorry, no show, no refund. Regardless of the fact that I’m a frequently staying IHG client, the hospitality industry for which I am a university graduate (Johnson & Wales) would be turning over In their graves at this level of service. Do the right thing! Live up to the original promise! I patronized your property on the same day ,following month. Throw me a bone, points equivalent to a nights stay, SOMETHING! A COMPLETE DISGRACE."
