"The people are super honest, they looked at the boots and let us know they COULD repair them but pointed out issues we hadn't noticed before. They would have maybe lasted another 6 months in the conditions they were being used in. For the repair plus 6 months of use it makes more sense to buy another pair."

"Not totally sure what's going on here, but the guy gave me an estimate of $160 to re-sole a pair of shoes that I bought for $70. I talked to another shoe Smith, and he said that seemed absurdly high. It seemed like a rip-off. The guy, however was very friendly, and seemed competent."

"Really bad experience, unfortunately. The guy wrote all over my boots with a pen! Then he further cracked my soles when he was trying to explain something to me--then he quoted me an absurd price, $180 ($140 more than another place where I'd also gotten a quote). When I mentioned this last part to him, his demeanor completely changed, he became rude--and I left with un-repaired, damaged boots. Wouldn't recommend this place--from my experience, horrible treatment of people and property, and simply incompetent."
