"Very poor performance! No phone call about late meds . Got told if the text wasn’t sent the medication wasn’t ready …."

"I called because I need them to transfer my prescription there so I can pick it up. I've called multiple times on multiple different days and it just rings for five minutes and no one picks up. Guess I'll just transfer it to Hannaford's."

"I showed up right at closing to get a script for my grandson that can only be picked up the day he runs out. (Narcotic) because the insurance was an out of state insurance, and it was closing they didn’t even try to run it. If they had they would have found it to be pre approved. They did offer to run it under the good rx card but I told them that would not do me any good as I only have $2. So they said there is nothing we can do for you. I left in tears, after fighting all day, with my mental illness just to get there. I think that EVERY customer should be treated as the first customer of the day. They do not know my situation and should not have treated me the way they did. I have taken a day to wait to write this review as I wanted to calm down and not make a hasty review. I am going back again today and if I am treated the same way I will be saying my peace. I’m sorry their day did not end right exactly when it was supposed to. Welcome to customer service."

"The only issue that I honestly run into a lot is the pharmacy. Today I went there and when I got in line there were 5 people in front of me. I stood in that line for 20 minutes, no change to the line. Why is it that everytime I come to the pharmacy it takes 45 minutes to get my prescription? Why were there 6 people in line today but only one pharmacist working and assisting customers? I’ve been to much busier Walmart stores and have been helped and out the door within 5 minutes of being in the store. Is it really that necessary for 1 pharmacist out of the other 3 that were there today to be doing all the work? It’s just so frustrating."

"This group of people are always going the extra mile you feel like they are always looking out for you. The pharmacists know many people on a first name basis and they go over all new meds and always speakk to you when any changes are made. I can see the difference at the other local places they are heads above they're competition!"
